Returns

All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and may be obtained by contacting Customer Service. A copy of the original packing slip or invoice must accompany the return. All returns are subject to a Restocking Fee of 15% of the purchase price, or $15.00, whichever is greater. Returns will not be accepted without an RA#. Claims for merchandise damaged during shipping or any discrepancies with the order must be filed within 5 days of receipt. Customers wishing to return products must do so within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.
Only items that have been purchased blank (without custom decoration) from Tonix are eligible for a return. In addition, items that were originally purchased without decoration must not have been subsequently decorated or manipulated in any way after goods were received. Blank, non-decorated must be in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging. There are certain situations where decorated items may be returned for a partial refund. These may include situations where the product was originally damaged or there is a definitive error in the decoration performed by Tonix.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow a minimum of 10 business days for us to process your return. We will only contact you in the event that your refund has NOT been approved or there is an issue with applying your refund. We will not contact you if your return has been fully accepted and approved. A credit will either be applied to the credit card you used for the purchase or the original method of payment (e.g., Net 30 Terms).
Late Or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank account before contacting us. In addition, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund after a minimum of 10 business days from when we received the returned items then please contact us at sales@tonixteams.com.
Closeout & Promotional Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded, unfortunately closeout or promotional items cannot be refunded. All sales are final for promotional or closeout items and may not be returned.
Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@tonixteams.com and send your item to: 40910 Encyclopedia Circle Fremont California US 94538.
