What is the Return / Refund policy?

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Only items that have been purchased blank (without custom decoration) from TeamStaffPolos are eligible for a return. In addition, items that were originally purchased without decoration must not have been subsequently decorated or manipulated in any way after goods were received. Blank, non-decorated must be in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where decorated items may be returned for a partial refund. These may include situations where product was originally damaged or there is a definitive error in the decoration performed by TeamStaffPolos.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@teamstaffpolos.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@teamstaffpolos.com and send your item to: 40910 Encyclopedia Circle Fremont California US 94538.

Shipping

You may generate a shipping label for a simple, no-charge return on items returned which meet the above guidelines. However, for items that do not meet the above guidelines, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

 

Do you decorate or customize items not purchased through TeamStaffPolos?

Unfortunately, we only provide decoration or customization services to products featured and purchased through TeamStaffPolos.

 

 

What decoration locations are available?

Decoration location will vary depending on the product. However, standard locations are typically the following: left chest, right chest, sleeve cuff, shoulder and/or back of neck. During the ordering process, if you chose to have your product decorated, you will be asked to select from several standard decoration locations. If the location you would like decorated is not one of the standard options, please contact us at sales@teamstaffpolos.com to inquire if we can decorate on your preferred location.

 

 

What types of decoration do you offer?

At this time, we only offer embroidery decoration services. Embroidery will last longer than screen printed images and is generally considered to be the most beautiful of all decoration methods.

 

 

Will the final decoration on the garment match my uploaded artwork exactly?

Because of the nature of embroidery and variations in color shade and composition from one medium to another (i.e., digital, print and fabric), we cannot guarantee that your uploaded artwork will look identical to the artwork that you upload. However, our professional decorations team will do our best to match your uploaded art to the decoration artwork applied to your selected garment. Slight deviations should be expected and not considered as an error.

 

 

How quickly can you complete the customized apparel?

Typically, it will take 2-3 weeks for us to complete your customized apparel. However, if you are in need of the item sooner, please e-mail us at sales@teamstaffpolos.com and reference your order number and let us know your target in-hands date. We will do our best to prioritize your order and, if possible, ship it out before the standard 2-3 week timeframe. Expedited shipping charges may apply.

 

 

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, volume discounts are offered and are shown on the chart in each of the detailed product pages. To earn a volume purchase discount, your total purchase quantity may be from a combination of styles or a single style.
