A 50% advance payment may be required for first time embroidery orders. Tonix offers the following terms for the
remainder of the payment: Net 30 or C.O.D. Terms are subject to credit approval. Customers interested in opening an
account must provide a valid re-sale permit number or tax identification number and complete a credit application
form provided by Tonix. |

| Customers are responsible for verifying that all design specifications are correct prior to the beginning of production. Once production has started, no modifications and / or returns will be accepted. |
